Kiwango cha Mazingira ya Kazi (WES) kinapima kwa kina vipimo 10 vya mazingira ya kijamii na shirika mahali pa kazi: ushiriki, umoja wa rika, msaada wa msimamizi, uhuru, mwelekeo wa kazi, shinikizo la kazi, uwazi, udhibiti, uvumbuzi, na faraja ya kimwili. Iliyoundwa na Moos na washirika, WES inachukua jinsi hali ya shirika—maoni yaliyoshirikiwa na mitazamo kuhusu mazingira ya kazi—inavyoathiri ustawi wa mfanyakazi, kuridhika, na utendaji.
