ATR-FTIR

Spektroskopija Furijeove transformacije infracrvenog zračenja (FTIR) sa oslabljenom ukupnom refleksijom (ATR) je varijanta konvencionalnog FTIR koja meri apsorpciju infracrvenog zračenja putem ispitivanja evanescentnim talasom uzoraka u direktnom kontaktu sa kristalom visokog indeksa prelamanja. Razvijen od strane Harika i Farenforta 1960-ih, ATR-FTIR je sada dominantni oblik FTIR spektroskopije, omogućavajući brzu, nerazornu karakterizaciju organskih jedinjenja, polimera, premaza i bioloških materijala bez opsežne pripreme uzoraka.
