COSY

Spektroskopija konrelacije (COSY) je dvodimenzionalna NMR tehnika koja korelira protonske hemijske pomeraje putem skalarnog sprezanja (J-sprezanje), otkrivajući koji su protoni magnetno spregnuti i stoga povezani preko višestrukih veza. Razvijen od strane Auea, Bartoldija i Ernsta 1976. godine, COSY je postao jedan od najvažnijih alata u strukturnoj elucidaciji, omogućavajući hemičarima da mapiraju obrasce protonske povezanosti i odrede molekularnu topologiju bez izotopskog obeležavanja.
