Ontwikkeling van Ordinale Schalen
Ordinale schaalontwikkeling is de systematische constructie en validatie van meetinstrumenten met meerdere items, waarvan de antwoordopties een geordende, maar niet noodzakelijk gelijke-intervalreeks vormen — meestal Likert-achtige formaten (bv. 1 = Zeer Oneens tot 5 = Zeer Eens). Het past psychometrische technieken toe die de ordinale aard van items respecteren in plaats van ze als continu te behandelen.
