환자 만족도 보완대체 의학 척도
PSCS는 침술, 한약, 마사지 및 기타 요법을 포함한 보완대체 의학 서비스에 대한 만족도를 측정하는 환자 보고 도구입니다. 1998년 Margolis와 동료들이 개발한 이 척도는 의료진과의 소통, 효능 기대, 비용 문제, 대인 관계의 따뜻함 등 보완대체 의학(CAM) 진료에 특화된 만족도 차원을 포착합니다.
