군집 무작위 대조 시험 — 집단 수준 무작위 배정
군집 무작위 대조 시험(cluster RCT)은 학교, 진료소, 마을 또는 직장과 같은 완전한 사회적 또는 조직적 집단을 개별 참가자 대신 치료 조건에 무작위로 배정하는 실험 설계입니다. 결과는 여전히 개인 수준에서 측정되지만, 무작위 배정 단위는 군집입니다. 이 설계는 개입이 전체 집단에 전달되거나, 동일한 환경의 참가자 간에 오염 위험이 있거나, 개인 무작위 배정이 물류상 또는 윤리적으로 비현실적인 경우에 필수적입니다.
