이종 처리 효과 엔트로피 균형(Heterogeneous Treatment Effect Entropy Balancing)은 엔트로피 균형(entropy balancing) — 공변량 모멘트를 기준으로 치료 그룹과 일치하도록 통제 단위의 가중치를 재조정하는 전처리 단계 — 을 치료 효과가 하위 그룹 또는 개별 단위에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 추정하는 방법과 결합합니다. 이 방법은 모수적 성향 모형 없이 공변량 균형 가중치를 생성한 다음, 해당 가중치를 사용하여 조정 변수에 걸친 조건부 평균 처리 효과(CATEs)를 추정합니다.
