獣医学における麻酔リスクスコアリング
麻酔リスクスコアリングとは、病歴、身体所見、健康状態に基づいて患者のリスクを層別化する、術前の体系的な評価方法である。アメリカ麻酔科学会身体状態分類（1941年にヒト用に開発）を適応し、秘密調査データおよび臨床研究を通じて獣医種に改良されたもので、麻酔手技の選択を導き、最適化を必要とする高リスク患者を特定し、周術期の罹患率および死亡率を予測する。
