Borderline Symptom List (BSL-95)

BSL-95は、境界性パーソナリティ障害（BPD）の症状の重症度を、感情調節不全、不信、自傷行為、自殺リスク、同一性障害、否定的な人間関係、解離という9つの下位尺度にわたって測定するために設計された95項目からなる自己記入式質問票である。2007年にBohusらによって開発されたこの質問票は、BPDの多面的な精神病理の包括的な評価を提供する。迅速な評価のために、23項目からなる短縮版（BSL-23）も検証されている。BSLは治療効果に敏感であり、BPDの研究および臨床モニタリングに広く用いられている。
