実装気候尺度（ICS）
実装気候尺度（ICS）は、組織の業務気候、方針、システムがエビデンスに基づいた実践（EBP）の実装と整合し、それを支援している程度を測定する簡潔な組織評価ツールである。Ehrhart、Aarons、Farahnakによって2014年に開発されたICSは、組織的実装気候の4つの側面を測定する：焦点（EBPが組織目標における優先事項である程度）、支援（EBPのためのリソースと保護された時間の利用可能性）、報酬（EBP使用のためのインセンティブ構造と認識）、期待（EBPの採用と忠実性に対するリーダーシップからの期待の伝達）。ICSは、組織システムと方針がEBPの取り込みを積極的に促進または妨げているかどうかの簡潔なスナップショットを提供し、実装の忠実性と持続可能性に対して強力な予測妥当性を示している。
