SF-8健康調査

SF-8は、Wareらによって2005年に開発されたSF-36健康調査の超短縮版であり、8項目から構成される。極端な時間的制約のある状況や大規模な疫学調査向けに設計されたSF-8は、SF-36およびSF-12の各ドメインとの強い相関を維持しつつ、回答にわずか1〜2分しか必要としない。
