歯列浸食指数
歯列浸食指数（Dental Erosion Index）は、非う蝕性の浸食性因子（酸性物質、機械的摩耗、または生物学的因子）による歯面組織の喪失の重症度を定量化する、系統的な臨床評価ツールである。複数の指数システム（例：Lussi Index、Basic Erosive Wear ExaminationまたはBEWE）が存在し、それぞれ歯冠部および歯頸部の歯面における喪失の範囲と深さに基づいて浸食をスコアリングする。浸食評価は、進行した歯の喪失のリスクがある患者を特定し、予防的介入を決定し、修復的管理を導く上で極めて重要である。
