空間ベイズ推論
空間ベイズ推論は、地理的位置によってインデックス付けされたデータにベイズ階層モデリングを適用するものである。位置固有のランダム効果に構造化された空間事前分布を設定することにより、モデルは近隣地域や近くの地点からの情報を借り入れ、疾患率、汚染レベル、種の豊富さ、または環境リスクなど、空間的に変動するあらゆる結果の滑らかで不確実性が定量化された地図を生成する。
