心率恢复

心率恢复(HRR)是指在最大或次最大运动后最初几分钟内心率的下降,反映了副交感神经(迷走神经)张力的重新激活。由Cole及其同事(1999)作为临床预测指标引入,HRR是心脏自主神经功能和整体心血管健康的非侵入性生物标志物。运动后心率的快速下降表明副交感神经的有效重新激活和健康的自主神经系统平衡。相反,HRR减弱(心率恢复缓慢)与死亡风险增加、自主神经功能障碍和运动耐量差相关。
