局部莫兰指数(Local Moran's I),由 Luc Anselin 于 1995 年提出,是一种局部空间关联指标(Local Indicator of Spatial Association, LISA),它将全局空间自相关分解为特定位置的贡献。对于每个观测值,它会生成一个带符号的统计量和一个显著性值,使研究者能够识别地图上的空间集聚(高-高、低-低)和空间异常值(高-低、低-高)。
