因子分析

因子分析是一种统计技术,用于识别潜在(未观测)维度,这些维度是观测变量的基础。该技术由 Louis Leon Thurstone 在 20 世纪 30 年代开发,并由 Jöreskog (1969) 正式化。探索性因子分析 (EFA) 从数据中发现未知的因子结构;验证性因子分析 (CFA) 检验观测变量与潜在变量之间假设的关系。因子分析在心理测量学(测验开发)、组织研究(测量领导风格等构念)和生物医学(识别疾病亚型)中至关重要,它在降低维度的同时揭示了多元数据中的概念组织。
