九孔钉测试（9HPT）是一种简短、定量、基于表现的精细运动手部灵巧度和协调性测量方法。9HPT由明尼苏达大学的Mathiowetz及其同事（1985年）开发，是最简单、最广泛使用的手功能筛查测试之一，尤其适用于手指灵巧度。9HPT在作业疗法、手部疗法、神经病学和康复医学中用于测量影响灵巧度的疾病的精细运动功能：手部损伤、关节炎、神经系统疾病（多发性硬化症、帕金森病、中风）、累积性创伤和术后手部恢复。
