Activities-Specific Balance Confidence Scale
Activities-Specific Balance Confidence (ABC)量表是由Powell和Myers于1995年开发的一种自我报告问卷，用于衡量老年人在进行16项日常活动时维持平衡的信心。与基于表现的平衡测试不同，ABC量表测量的是自我效能感——即个体在不失去平衡或跌倒的情况下完成活动的能力的主观信念。该量表广泛应用于临床实践、康复和研究中，以识别因平衡信心不足而跌倒风险高的个体，并评估旨在恢复信心和活动参与的干预措施的效果。
