ATAC-seq 分析

ATAC-seq(转座酶可及染色质测序)是一种全基因组分析染色质可及性景观的方法。ATAC-seq 由 Buenrostro 及其同事于 2013 年开发,利用高活性转座酶标记开放、可及的染色质区域,能够快速灵敏地识别调控 DNA 元件。ATAC-seq 已成为表征基因调控景观、发现细胞类型特异性调控元件以及推断基因调控网络的一项标准技术。
