基于风险的响应面方法(Risk-based RSM)通过将概率风险或可靠性约束嵌入实验优化过程,扩展了经典RSM。它不寻求确定性条件下的单一最优点,而是识别在实现性能目标的同时,将失效或不可接受结果的概率保持在规定阈值以下的因子设置——这使其在安全关键和高变异性工程环境中尤其有价值。
