基于优化的质量功能展开（Optimization-assisted QFD）通过将数学优化——线性规划、多目标优化或元启发式算法——直接嵌入质量功能展开（QFD）流程，从而扩展了经典的质量屋（House of Quality）框架。这使得工程师在设定工程特性目标值时，能够同时最大化客户满意度并最小化成本或资源约束，超越了传统QFD主要依赖主观排序的局限性。
