蛋白质组学分析——基于质谱的蛋白质谱分析
蛋白质组学分析是一个利用质谱技术鉴定和量化生物样品中蛋白质的系统性流程。该工作流程从原始谱图数据出发,搜索蛋白质序列数据库,估算不同条件下的丰度,进行差异表达的统计检验,并将结果映射到生物通路。它通过捕捉翻译后修饰和实际蛋白质丰度来补充转录组学,是生物标志物发现、药物靶点鉴定和系统生物学研究的核心。
