Agent-Based Queueing Simulation
Agent-Based Queueing Simulation (AB-QS) เป็นการผสมผสานระหว่างแบบจำลองเชิงแทน (agent-based modeling) และทฤษฎีแถวคอย (queueing theory) เพื่อจำลองระบบที่หน่วยงานอิสระซึ่งสามารถตัดสินใจได้ โต้ตอบกันผ่านแถวคอยและจุดบริการ หน่วยงานแต่ละหน่วย (ผู้ป่วย ลูกค้า งาน) ถูกจำลองเป็นตัวแทนอิสระ (agent) ที่มีสถานะและกฎพฤติกรรมของตนเอง ทำให้เกิดพลวัตที่ซับซ้อนและสมจริงยิ่งกว่าแบบจำลองแถวคอยแบบดั้งเดิมเพียงอย่างเดียว
