Upigaji picha wa X-ray wa elektroni (XPS)

Kuhesabu elektroni kwa kila nishati hutoa wigo unaoonyesha utunzi na hali za oksijeni. kina kidogo cha kutoroka (~1-3 nm) huhakikisha usikivu wa uso.
