XANES

X-ray Absorption Near Edge Structure (XANES) ni mbinu ya upimaji wa miale ya X-ray ya synchrotron inayopima muundo wa kielektroniki na kijiometri unaozunguka atomi maalum kwa kuchanganua wigo wa upyaji wa miale ya X-ray ndani ya takriban 50 eV kutoka kwenye makali ya upyaji.
