Metaheuristika pretrage kukavice — Leveovo letenje

Pretraga kukavice (CS) je metaheuristički optimizacioni algoritam zasnovan na populaciji, koji su uveli Xin-She Yang i Suash Deb 2009. godine. On modelira obavezni brood-parazitizam ptica kukavica — koje polažu jaja u gnezda drugih ptica — u kombinaciji sa Leveovim letenjem, slučajnim hodovima koji omogućavaju dugoročno istraživanje prostora pretrage. Pokazalo se da je algoritam efikasan u projektovanju konstruktivnog inženjerstva, podešavanju hiperparametara mašinskog učenja i drugim problemima kontinuirane crne kutije.
