Matching-metoder (CEM / Optimal / Genetisk)
Matching Methods er en familie av kausale inferensteknikker utover propensity-score matching som parer behandlede og kontrollenheter med lignende kovariater slik at en behandlingseffekt kan leses av den balanserte utvalget. Familien inkluderer Coarsened Exact Matching (Iacus, King & Porro, 2012), optimal matching og genetisk matching.
