에이전트 기반 시나리오 분석은 에이전트 기반 시뮬레이션 모델을 구조화된 시나리오 계획 프레임워크 내에 내장합니다. 연구자들은 두세 개의 대조적인 미래 시나리오를 정의하고, 각 시나리오의 가정을 반영하도록 에이전트 집단과 환경 규칙을 구성하며, 각 조건 하에서 시뮬레이션을 실행하고, 나타나는 결과를 비교합니다. 이를 통해 분산된 개별 행동이 급격히 다른 미래 하에서 시스템 수준의 결과로 어떻게 집계되는지 탐색할 수 있습니다.
