전략 선택 접근법
전략 선택 접근법(SCA)은 John Friend와 Allen Hickling이 개발한 상호작용적 워크숍 기반 문제 구조화 방법론으로, 1987년에 처음 출판되었고 2005년 Planning Under Pressure의 최종 3판에서 개선되었습니다. SCA는 계획가와 이해관계자 그룹이 행동에 나서기 전에 의사결정 영역, 옵션 조합, 불확실성 요인을 명시적으로 매핑함으로써 불확실성 하에서 상호 연결된 의사결정을 관리하도록 돕습니다.
