SODA – Strategic Options Development and Analysis via Cognitive Mapping
Strategic Options Development and Analysis (SODA)는 복잡한 조직 문제를 구조화하기 위한 촉진된 질적 방법론입니다. 1988년 Colin Eden이 개발한 이 방법론은 인지 지도(개념 간의 인과 관계를 나타내는 방향성 그래프)를 사용하여 다수의 이해관계자의 주관적 관점을 포착하고 통합합니다. SODA는 의사 결정자가 정의가 불분명하고 복잡한 문제(wicked problems)에 직면하여 정량적 분석을 시작하기 전에 공유된 이해를 구축해야 할 때 가장 가치가 있습니다.
