Model of Human Occupation Screening Tool
Model of Human Occupation Screening Tool (MOHO-ST)는 Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) 이론적 틀에 기반한, 임상가가 시행하는 간결한 면담 기반 평가 도구입니다. Parkinson, Forsyth, Kielhofner (2006)가 개발한 MOHO-ST는 네 가지 핵심 차원, 즉 의욕(흥미, 가치, 개인적 동기), 습관화(역할과 일상), 수행 능력, 그리고 환경적 지지/장애 요인에 걸쳐 직업 참여와 동기를 선별합니다. MOHO-ST는 정신 건강, 신체 재활, 직업 재활, 지역사회 실무 등 다양한 작업치료 분야에서 직업 수행 능력을 신속하게 평가하고 개입 영역을 파악하는 데 사용됩니다.
