컬럼비아 자살 심각도 평가 척도 (C-SSRS)
컬럼비아 자살 심각도 평가 척도(Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale)는 기존 선별 도구의 한계를 해결하기 위해 컬럼비아 대학교의 Kelly Posner와 동료들이 개발한 간략한 임상의가 시행하는 자살 위험 평가 도구입니다. 2011년 American Journal of Psychiatry에 처음 발표된 C-SSRS는 항우울제, 항경련제 및 신경정신과 약물 시험에서 자살 사고 및 행동을 모니터링하는 FDA 승인 표준이 되었습니다. 이 척도는 정의된 시간 창에서 자살 사고(빈도 및 강도)와 자살 행동(시도, 준비 행위)을 모두 평가하여 구조화된 위험 계층화를 제공합니다.
