Center of Pressure Posturography
Center of Pressure (CoP) Posturography は、静止立位または動的バランス課題中の身体重心（body's center of pressure）の移動を分析することにより、姿勢安定性を測定する。Duarteら（2000）によって形式化されたCoP分析は、スウェイ面積、経路長、速度などの姿勢スウェイの定量的指標を提供する。これらの測定値は、感覚システム（固有受容覚、前庭覚、視覚）、中枢統合、および運動制御の統合機能を反映する。CoP Posturography は、バランス障害の検出と回復のモニタリングのために、神経学、前庭医学、リハビリテーション、スポーツ科学で広く使用されている。
