通常の生活への再統合指数—地域生活への復帰に関する世界的評価
Reintegration to Normal Living Index（RNLI）は、主要な健康イベント（脳卒中、頭部外傷、心臓発作、または著しい回復を要するその他の病状）後の「通常の」地域生活への復帰がどの程度完了したかを評価するために設計された、簡潔な患者報告尺度である。1980年代にWood-Dauphineeらによって開発されたRNLIは、再統合の主観的経験、すなわち、患者が病前の社会的役割、活動、および自立をどの程度再開したと感じているかを捉える。
