政党帰属意識尺度 (Partisan Identity Scale)
政党帰属意識尺度は、政党への心理的愛着の強さと方向性を測定するもので、政党選好と感情的な政党同一性の両方を含む。Campbellらによる『American Voter』（1960年）以来の基礎的な尺度であり、政党所属（どの政党に登録しているか）と政党同一性（社会集団としての政党への心理的同一性）を区別する。政党同一性は、投票行動、政治的態度、政治情報の解釈の最も強力な予測因子の1つであり、有権者がニュースを処理する際の「知覚フィルター」として機能する。
