Medication Adherence Rating Scale (MARS)
Medication Adherence Rating Scale (MARS) は、Thompson, Kulkarni, Sergejew が2000年に開発した10項目からなる自己記入式尺度であり、精神科領域の患者、特に抗精神病薬の使用における服薬アドヒアランス行動および態度を評価するために用いられる。当初は統合失調症患者で妥当性が検証されたが、高血圧、糖尿病、慢性疾患管理など、多様な病態にわたって成功裏に適用されており、実際の服薬頻度と問題のある服薬行動の自己申告を迅速かつ敏感に評価できる。
