FLACC行動的疼痛評估量表（臉部、腿部、活動、哭泣、安撫性）是Merkel和Voepel-Lewis於1997年開發的5項觀察工具，用於評估2個月至7歲無法自我報告疼痛的兒童的急性疼痛。五個行為領域中的每一個都以0-2分計分，總分為0-10分。FLACC廣泛用於兒科醫院、恢復室和加護病房，用於術後和急性疼痛評估。
