Central Sensitization Inventory
Central Sensitization Inventory (CSI)は、Mayerらが2012年に開発した25項目の自己記入式スクリーニングツールであり、痛みのシグナル増幅と感覚刺激に対する過敏性を特徴とする状態である中枢性感作を有する患者を特定するために用いられます。CSIは、線維筋痛症、慢性疲労症候群、心的外傷後ストレス障害などの中枢性感作症候群に関連する、広範囲の痛み、睡眠障害、認知機能障害、自律神経機能不全を含む症状の集合体を捉えます。
