Matched Case-Control Study
Matched Case-Control Study（症例対照研究）は、観察疫学デザインの一種であり、疾患または関心のあるアウトカムを有する各症例（case）を、1人以上の対照（control）（アウトカムを有しない者）と対にする。この対照は、年齢、性別、臨床的背景などの1つ以上の特性を共有し、交絡因子を調整する。その後、症例とその対照との曝露歴を比較し、曝露と疾患の関連のオッズ比を推定する。
