Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO)

Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) on populatsiooni-pohine metaheuristiline algoritm, mille tutvustasid Kennedy ja Eberhart 1995. aastal, et lahendada optimeerimisprobleeme, mis on inspireeritud linnu-parvi kollektiivse käitumise poolt, kus iga osake (lahendus) liigub otsinguruumis vastavalt oma parimale leitud positsioonile ja kogu parve parimale leitud positsioonile.
