基于网络的间接比较(NMA)通过同时综合网络中两个或多个竞争性疗法之间的证据,扩展了传统的两两间接比较。这包括在单一试验中从未进行过头对头比较的配对。通过在连贯的统计模型中结合直接和间接证据,NMA能够为所有治疗配对产生相对效应估计值,并生成一个概率性排名,以确定哪种治疗在感兴趣的结果上表现最佳。
