Netnography — Online Ethnographic Research
Netnography 是一种定性研究方法，它将民族志文化研究的原理应用于在线社区和社交媒体环境的研究。该方法由 Robert Kozinets 于 1997 年创造，并于 2010 年在其手册中系统化。Netnography 将数字空间——论坛、社交网络、博客、评论网站——视为社区聚集、分享意义和构建身份的自然发生的现场。该方法结合了对数字痕迹的非侵入式观察与积极参与，并在适当时进行直接的成员互动。
