IBD Mapping

同一血缘(Identity-by-descent, IBD)图谱绘制是一种遗传图谱绘制技术,通过检测近亲繁殖家系或隔离群体中受累个体共享的纯合染色体片段来识别疾病位点。该方法由 Lander 和 Botstein 于 1987 年开发,利用了相关个体中罕见的致病等位基因必须位于共享祖先 DNA 块内的原理。通过绘制受累个体在多个标记物上呈纯合的区域,研究人员无需事先了解疾病机制即可将致病基因定位到狭窄定义的基因组区间。
