GCTA

GCTA(Genome-wide Complex Trait Analysis,全基因组复杂性状分析)是一个计算工具包,用于从全基因组基因型和表型数据中估算遗传力与遗传相关性。GCTA由Yang和Visscher于2011年开发,采用全基因组受限最大似然法(GREML)将表型方差分解为由常见单核苷酸多态性(SNP)、环境因素和残差变异所解释的组分。GCTA已成为理解遗传因素在复杂疾病和数量性状中性状变异比例的标准工具。
