饲料转化率
饲料转化率（FCR）是牲畜营养效率的关键指标，用于衡量相对于动物生长或产品产量的饲料消耗量。FCR由动物营养科学家在20世纪中叶开发，量化了牲畜将膳食营养转化为肉、奶、蛋或其他产品的效率。它是商业畜牧业盈利能力的主要驱动因素，也是育种计划中基因选择的重点。
