การจำแนกประเภทการกระทำบทสนทนา
การจำแนกประเภทการกระทำบทสนทนา (Dialogue act classification) เป็นงานประมวลผลภาษาธรรมชาติที่กำหนดป้ายกำกับหน้าที่การสื่อสารของแต่ละประโยคในการสนทนาโดยอัตโนมัติ เช่น คำถาม คำตอบ การทักทาย หรือการปฏิเสธ งานนี้ได้รับการรวบรวมโดย Jurafsky และคณะ (1997) และ Stolcke และคณะ (2000) ถือเป็นองค์ประกอบพื้นฐานสำหรับแชทบอทและการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรม
