การประเมินผลการคัดกรองแบบหลายศูนย์ (Multicenter Screening Test Evaluation) เป็นการวัดความแม่นยำในการวินิจฉัยของชุดตรวจคัดกรอง — ได้แก่ ความไว (sensitivity) ความจำเพาะ (specificity) ค่าทำนาย (predictive values) และพื้นที่ใต้เส้นโค้ง ROC (ROC-curve area) — โดยการรับผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษาจากสถานพยาบาลอิสระตั้งแต่สองแห่งขึ้นไป การดำเนินการศึกษา ณ ศูนย์หลายแห่งช่วยเพิ่มความหลากหลายของกลุ่มผู้ป่วย ทดสอบความสามารถในการนำไปใช้ได้ทั่วไป (generalizability) ในสภาวะห้องปฏิบัติการและกลุ่มประชากรที่แตกต่างกัน และให้ค่าประมาณความแม่นยำที่น่าเชื่อถือในโลกแห่งความเป็นจริง (externally valid) มากกว่าการศึกษาจากศูนย์เดียว
