แบบจำลองดุลยภาพทั่วไปที่คำนวณได้ (CGE) เป็นกรอบการทำงานเชิงตัวเลขที่แสดงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยนำเข้าและผลผลิตของทุกภาคส่วน ปัจจัยการผลิต ครัวเรือน และการค้าต่างประเทศในระบบเศรษฐกิจผ่านตารางบัญชีสังคม (Social Accounting Matrix - SAM) โดยมีพื้นฐานมาจากทฤษฎีดุลยภาพทั่วไปของวอลราส (Walrasian general equilibrium theory) และถูกกำหนดรูปแบบมาตรฐานในแบบจำลองของ IFPRI โดย Lofgren, Harris และ Robinson (2002) แบบจำลองนี้จำลองผลกระทบในวงกว้างต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย เช่น การปฏิรูปภาษี การเปิดเสรีทางการค้า หรือนโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อม
