Uthibitisho wa Kazi Binafsi (OSA) ni zana ya mteja-kwanza, ya kutafakari iliyoundwa kupima mtazamo wa mtu binafsi wa utendaji kazi na kutambua maeneo ya wasiwasi wa kazi au malengo. Iliyoundwa na Baron, Kielhofner, na washirika ndani ya mfumo wa Model of Human Occupation (MOHO), OSA huunganisha ukadiriaji binafsi wa uwezo na ukadiriaji wa umuhimu, ikifichua pengo kati ya kile ambacho mteja anaweza kufanya na kile ambacho ni muhimu kwao. OSA hutumiwa katika tiba ya kikazi katika afya ya akili, ukarabati wa kimwili, kuzeeka, na ulemavu wa ukuaji ili kutambua malengo ya tiba na kufuatilia mabadiliko katika utendaji kazi.
