Balanced Scorecard katika Afya
Balanced Scorecard ni mfumo wa usimamizi wa utendaji wa kimkakati unaotafsiri dhamira na mkakati wa shirika kuwa seti kamili ya vipimo vya utendaji katika mitazamo minne: kifedha, mteja, michakato ya ndani, na ujifunzaji na ukuaji. Uliandaliwa na Kaplan na Norton mnamo 1992 kwa biashara ya jumla, umebadilishwa sana kwa mashirika ya afya ili kuendana na shughuli za hospitali na malengo ya kimkakati.
